4 Week Beg Stained Glass 9/30-10/21

Beginning Stained Glass (Basic Copper Foil Construction)

3 students max per class. This is the class where it all begins. Once a week for 4 consecutive weeks (3 hour classes). This is an introduction to the copper foil method (Tiffany technique). Learn glass selection, proper glass cutting, grinding, copper foiling, soldering, and patina techniques. At the end of the class you will have completed a stained glass piece (approximately 10 x 14 inches), suitable for hanging. 

For this beginner class, patterns are picked from available 10 - 12 piece designs.

You can choose from available glass (included in the price), or purchase your own, if desired. All other supplies are provided.

$220 for 4 week class.

Some extra  information for Beginner Stained Glass:

A few safety items:

Please wear closed toed shoes (no flip flops). Nobody likes glass in their toes.

If you don't wear glasses, I have safety goggles that must be worn when cutting glass.

Parking is in the back (off of the cross street, Adele). Turn on Adele and the gate will be open. Park anywhere, trying not to park others in. You kind of can't miss the house. It's a big pink house with chartreuse and turquoise trim!
