4 Week Mosaic Class 10/2-10/23

This is a fun and stress-free clss with an emphasis on creativity and relaxation. Once a week for 4 consecutive weeks (3 hour classes). We will be creating a flat mosaic, suitable for hanging. Come with a design for a 12" x 12" (or 11" x 14") project, or make it up as you go along! All tools and supplies are included. 4th week is grouting (this class may end earlier). $140 for 4 week session.

Have you already done the beginner's class? Come and work on your own larger piece! All supplies are included. Sign up in advance - $120 for 4 week session.

Some extra  information for Beginner Mosaics:

We will be working on an approximately 12" x 12" or 11" x 14" board. This mosaic will be suitable for hanging indoors.

If you have any ideas for a design, that's great! If you don't, that's great, too. Some people like to have a visual to look at for inspiration; some like to just make it up as they go along. I do ask that beginners don't try to make a photo realistic image for their first piece. This beginning class is really about learning the process.

A few safety items:

Please wear closed toed shoes (no flip flops). Nobody likes glass in their toes.

If you don't wear glasses, I have safety goggles that must be worn when cutting glass.

Parking is in the back (off of the cross street, Adele). Turn on Adele and the gate will be open. Park anywhere, trying not to park others in. You kind of can't miss the house. It's a big pink house with chartreuse and turquoise trim!
